Care for bodies that have been through a lot.
⎯ HOW WE PRACTICE
Medicine that listens, collaborates, and truly sees you
We bring together two kinds of care under one roof: acupuncture & integrative medicine with Dr. Bear Bustillo, and pay-per-visit primary care with Dr. Sean Motl. Whether we're complementing the treatment you already receive or serving as your primary doctor, our approach is the same — we listen deeply, explain clearly, and treat the whole person without assumptions.
We believe that symptoms are not isolated problems — they are meaningful signals.
Pay-per-visit primary care with Sean Motl, MD. For a checkup, a new symptom, a prescription refill, labs, or managing an ongoing condition — without insurance hassles, surprise bills, or a membership to sign up for.
Unhurried primary care, priced by the visit.

What to expect
⎯ COMMON QUESTIONS
-
Our acupuncture and integrative medicine, led by Dr. Bustillo, focuses on conditions like fertility, pain, hormones, and mental health. Our primary care, with Dr. Motl, handles the things you'd see a family doctor for — checkups, refills, labs, and ongoing conditions. Many patients use both, and our team coordinates so your care feels like one plan.
-
Your first visit is 90 minutes, and it’s all about you. We’ll start by getting to know you and your overall health — not just why you came in, but also your history, lifestyle, and goals. From there, we’ll move into some gentle physical assessments and finish with a treatment. This may include acupuncture, myofascial work, or a conversation about herbal options, depending on what feels most appropriate for you.
Before you leave, we’ll walk you through what to expect next and outline a treatment plan that feels clear and manageable.
-
You pay a flat price per visit — $250 for a new patient visit and $150 for a follow-up — with no membership or subscription. Most visits happen by video, with in-office appointments when you need to be seen in person. Primary care is available to patients located in Oregon.
-
Primary Care is a self pay service. No insurance. No hassle.
Acupuncture & Integrative Medicine does accept insurance. See Rates & Insurance for the lastest updates.

Yes — and we encourage it. Our aim is to support and improve your current care, not replace it. When needed, we work directly with your other providers to ensure your treatment feels cohesive and safe.
